醫生人很好,態度也很好,也很專業,會給各項評估,但是剛打完17針,已經在痛了,護士怎麼會把膠帶黏在傷口處,棉花只放對了2/3,撕的時候真的又痛又氣,這專業度比非專業的人員還要誇張

遇到兩個醫生態度都蠻好的,講話也客客氣氣。但不知道為什麼藥師和護理師整個半瓶水響叮噹?態度非常差!極差!可以說已經不是一般對於服務他人應有態度的感覺,比較像是在路上會遇到的那種沒禮貌的路人。雖然藥師不能說是服務業,但做人的基本可能還是要會(我記得藥師應該要考過國考吧!),態度糟成這樣真的嚇死我了。害我看完醫生回家還要去收驚... 真心給你們個建議,如果是因為薪水不夠,有本事看是要自己去找個錢多點的工作,還是不想賺錢就不要出來賺,賺得心不甘情不願還要壞了別人的心情(有本事擺臭臉的人,應該也不用出來賺吧?)診所對面就是高中,附近的爸爸媽媽真的要多多注意,教育不是只有在學校內,孟母可能也是因為三遷才得孟子這般品格。 希望藥師和護理師早日改過向善,不為你們自己想,也要為孩子想啊!善惡到頭終有報,只爭來早與來遲。阿門!

這是我人生第一次到網路寫負評,因真的是氣不過,但沒想到跟我有同樣體驗竟然這麼多,去希拉亞看皮膚科包括5/21這次已經是第三次,與皮膚科醫生對應上,我覺得都還算細心及專業。前面去的兩次跟櫃台護士還算沒遇到特別狀況,也沒受氣。但是偏偏5/21當天就被我遇到了,後來櫃台護士通知領藥時,裡頭有一罐抹頭皮藥水,另一罐是洗髮精,當時護理師先詢問我有沒有用過,我回答沒有,她就口頭跟我講解使用方式,但速度有點快,我有點跟不上,口頭跟她確認一次,她竟然脫口說"你要認真聽啊!!!",因當時戴口罩,我心中怒火已經燃起,也瞬間皺眉頭,心想我身為患者有疑問想再確認有啥不對? 就算患者講錯就耐心修正就好,有那麼難嗎? 目前疫情嚴重,我對護士職業是包持極為尊重,但當下真的很想口頭頂回去,但我想想就忍下來了,不過開車回程極度不開心,心想下次考慮想直接換診所,也不太想建議朋友去希拉亞看診(但可惜皮膚科醫師真的還不錯就是了)!!
