★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了一份2-3人的砂鍋魚頭350，料很少、魚頭幾乎沒什麼肉。湯頭不會過鹹但是有點油。裝白飯的碗超淺，應該只有一般店家5元的量。
 I ordered a casserole fish head 350 for 2-3 people, with very little material and almost no meat. The soup is not too salty but a bit oily. The bowl of rice is super shallow, and it should only cost 5 yuan for the average store.

下次我帶蕭攝影機來拍YouTube，實力佳值得推薦的店。
It's been a long time since I had such an authentic ancient flavor. It just opened next to a friend's warranty factory. I used to go to Kaohsiung to eat vegetable tail soup. Now I don't have to, I can satisfy my cravings here.
Next time I bring Xiao camera to shoot YouTube, the store is worth recommending.

音響設備很不錯，聲音聽起來乾乾淨淨。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來用餐覺得不錯！地點位置特別，常常走國八這邊卻沒有發現到！ 店前的空地很好停車，對開車人來說很方便。
室內非常的整潔乾淨且有親切的設計感，用起餐來感覺非常舒服。
點了肉皮飯+單點控肉+砂鍋菜湯。
肉皮很特別，表皮應該是有炸過口感Q彈脆口，滷過之後特別的吸收湯汁，口感特別。
控肉部分覺得還好，很入味但是肉有點偏柴。
砂鍋菜湯料很豐富，湯頭濃郁鮮美，它的甜味偏南部的甜，有一點點蓋過沙茶味，不過整體來說真的不錯。
很值得試試！
