(這家山楂烏龍本來就調得特別淡，自己都不知道嗎?)
要求要點濃一點就直接說沒辦法
以前點那麼多次都可以，就突然不行
態度還不能好一點說，而且還硬點餐刷出杯身條碼，整個感受極差
我覺得總店有必要關切一下這間分店哦

所以一開始是故意不幫我做的意思？
這樣做生意可以不用開店了啦，新市這麼多飲料，真的不差這一家，之後不會再來了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天晚上約8:30左右去到本店買飲料，因為想吃珍珠所以問了一位白色上衣的女店員有沒有珍珠，店員告知沒有珍珠了於是我們點了普洱奶，結果白色衣服的女店員直接回(阿就跟你說沒有了)，請問一下這種態度是怎樣？你要這種態度，我建議你不要做服務業，沒有說服務業就必須要對客人畢恭畢敬，但是做人最基本的禮貌應該還是要有吧？自己聽錯反過來用那種態度對客人？這樣不好吧？
