兩顆星都是給醫生的,三位醫生都很親切,但是護理師都很糟糕,態度常常不耐煩,去的時候當那些護理師不存在心情會比較好。

晚上8點的時後帶2兩張黃卡 (另一張是我媽的,也要幫她約)要來預約打第三劑疫苗,櫃台小姐說我的部份今天就要打了,我媽的部份就是明天就要打,後來我就說:不好意思,因為我跟我媽明天要上班沒辦法打欸,請問可以安排2/15或2/20嗎?櫃台小姐語氣越來越差,又很不耐煩的說:不行!沒辦法!還不確定!妳如果要延後的話就有可能要2/27!什麼啊!語氣有畢要這樣嗎!不爽就別做這一行嗎!

為何耳溫槍的套子不換新的?不換也沒關係,櫃檯說會用酒精棉消毒,問題是我眼看用同一張擦?這樣也叫消毒??甚至根本我前面那位量根本沒消毒啊??到底診所連這點在省什麼??不是更不衛生嗎??這樣消毒跟沒消毒沒什麼差別好嗎?

櫃台服務人員態度真的…… 昨天去診所打AZ第二劑 妹妹量體溫沒聽清楚體溫要本人自己記住 因為量完體溫後二到三分鐘 櫃台那位短髮的填單時要問妳的溫度 妹妹回忘記也道歉了 對方還一直噹病患 說什麼我們人那麼多 不可能每位都記住體溫 是啊妳說的沒錯 但別的診所都是量一位就馬上寫下 不會要病患自己記 然後過一陣子才考病患妳幾度… 要馬妳單子就發給病患自己寫 要馬妳們量好立刻寫 明明是自己的工作還怪病患 還在病患面前跟裡面同事嘲笑病患 說什麼聽到病人忘記體溫都翻白眼什麼的 服務態度完全不行 我看評論好幾則也是說櫃台人員的服務 反正也不是第一次知道這樣的服務態度 然後等候打疫苗時 站的位置錯誤 還被量體溫穿防護衣胖胖的那位大聲 說打疫苗要站這邊等啊!(走廊病床區 妹說打第一劑才不是站那呢! 是在診間洗手台位置… 反正服務真的完全不行 是在大聲什麼 我們是有欠妳們錢嗎? 真的是感受超差 如果之後有需要打第三劑的話 絕對不會再預約你們了 要不是蔡瑞聲還無法預約 我是完全沒要考慮紀診所 但我還是要大讚黃醫師 依然親切 就算是告知注意事項的sop流程 也沒因為重複多次就沒耐心 因為我們三個姐弟妹是連續的 我都沒看到黃醫師不耐煩 還是同樣的事重複了三次 說話專業耐心又細心

長期在這裡看過敏氣喘和拿慢性病處方籤 昨天禮拜天,原本想提早來排隊以為可以避開人潮,晚上六點半的診,五點半到外面已經七個人在排隊,只好晚點再來,八點多再次來的現場,已經將近20個人在外面等 看著護理師忙進忙出沒停過,診所太小,每一個人都在外面等,護理師要協助醫師,要幫病人打針,要不時的出來叫號,可能要上個廁所喝一口水都很難,面對這麼多病人還要有被染疫的高風險,心理壓力可想而知 請大家多一點同理心,護理人員會不耐煩或臭臉也是因為這是極差的工作環境,不要再要求服務態度了,尤其是在這艱難的疫區期間!

從小看到大的診所,爸爸現在老了開的藥比較弱,年輕兒子跟黃醫師人都很好,對耳鼻喉尤其有效,人多有時候要等一下,不錯的診所
