湯頭走清淡路線，肉片是瘦肉但也不會過柴，麵裡的配料一直都少少的，感覺店家有自己的堅持（多年老客人的感想?）……如果沒有拉麵必須要怎樣的預期心理，其實吃起來還不差；只是現在日式拉麵店林立，這樣的訂價可能會流失一些客人。小菜的量很多，只是這次的海帶芽似乎冰得比較久有點乾，不然小菜是好吃的。空間寬敞，服務人員認真，除了週日和店休日外，每日有特價商品（便宜20元）。如果對口味沒有執著，想吃清淡一點的拉麵，可以嘗試看看。
