★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟同事一起訂外送飲料，點了金萱雙Q+15元的寒天，結果店家做錯，只加15元的寒天，沒加雙Q，店家補送收回原杯，但是補送裡面的料全部還比只加寒天的量還少，寒天的量像是只加5元的感覺，我今天雙Q再加15元的寒天，怎了縮水量？做錯就很XX了！看到加價15的料，像加5元的料，太讓人生氣了！
 I ordered a delivery drink with my colleague. I ordered Jinxuan’s double Q+15 Yuan Hantian, but the store made a mistake and only added 15 Yuan Hantian without double Q. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的連一顆心都不想給，打電話叫外送13:06分訂收到飲料已經14:05分，等待40分過程中有打電話過去詢問，飲料送出了嗎？
店家表示外送人手不足，當我們在打第二通，接電話人員表示，飲料已送出，我們反應店家應該告知顧客需等待多久或是告知今天外送單較多要等，完全沒有就算了，反而跟消費者說，我剛來上班我不知道前一位怎麼跟你們說的…？
我就請問這是消費者問題嗎⋯⋯？
這好像是你們店家sop 人員受訓問題吧～
外送人員態度也極度差！
連一句道歉也沒有，一組屎臉是要給誰看？
連說聲謝謝也沒有，銀行放著錢拿著就走了？
