★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai Signature Dishes: Best Thai food in Kaohsiung. Owner/Chef is lovely English-speaking Thai lady and very friendly. English menu available. She's had this newly redecorated restaurant for 12 years and offers a wide variety of delicious Thai dishes in a casual atmosphere. Food is not "adjusted" to local tastes - genuine not too salty and not too sweet Thai food. Even if you're not particularly keen on Thai food, you'll love what she prepares.
