★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great, the beer was great and the atmosphere was friendly and cozy. It is a great place to have dinner or lunch with your buddies and have some cold beer with Japanese Tapas (small grilled fish or chicken and what not) dishes. Totally recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was very different from what a lot of people list here in terms of service. We had an 8:10 reservation and arrived on time, but when we tried to enter the restaurant, we were brusquely told to wait outside without any explanation. Sometime around 8:30, after enduring many mosquito bites as we waited, we were finally seated—still without any explanation or apology. When we finally were sat, we then spent another 10-15 minutes trying to get anyone to take our order—multiple servers actively ignored us. Finally we got up and demanded service, at which point someone told us they would come over soon. When they finally took our order, they were nice enough, and when the food finally came, it was quite good. Eventually, the service was better as well—I think as they got less busy towards the end of our meal. But in my opinion, there’s no excuse for making us wait 20 minutes without explanation or apology.
