二次用餐發現，尤其日本老師傅很專注的在很多細節上，包涵熱情的打招呼與送客，還有觀察客人的茶水與餐點是否需要整理，雖然年紀已經很大，但卻仍能深深感受到他對料理服務的精神與熱情，算是對日本人的文化又多了一分認識。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不輸不老壽司呀～而且醋飯、生魚片、干貝、甜蝦、沙拉、茶碗蒸都很新鮮，而且口味鹹淡合宜，吃完一組套餐超飽的，本來希望出餐有順序，不要全部一次上上來，不然有些熱食會涼掉，但是看到只有兩個人一直忙碌著，就想說算了……
這店是2個8年級生創業的，很多地方都可以看到他們的堅持，他們也很願意學習跟進步，是不錯的年輕人，以後會多多支持的。
