★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常喜愛北方麵食來嚐這家北平京廚
點了“酸辣湯麵、蔥油餅及鮮肉湯包”。
‖酸辣湯麵‖ 味道不夠酸不夠辣，比較像是大滷麵，不過現場有烏醋及白胡椒粉可以自己調整到喜歡的口味，至於麵條的部分我點的是刀削麵，中間有幾條“沒熟透”，吃起來口感比較不佳。
‖鮮肉湯包‖ 可能是因為我個人口味的關係，覺得內餡“豬肉腥味”偏重，要多加一點薑絲來去腥味，至於皮的部分有點偏硬，對我來說比較不討喜。
‖蔥油餅‖ 吃起來的味道以及口感，像是超市、量販店買的到的包裝冷凍蔥油餅，就不多做個人口味的評論。
‖飲料‖ 內用飲料有紅茶及豆漿，兩個飲料都非常非常的甜，但畢竟是免費的就不做評論~~~

但卻隱藏著山珍海味 今日前來增廣見聞
一到門口裡面的店員的行為根本不像平價餐廳
感覺他們把每個客人都當成皇帝般在對待
我還沒坐下就已經享受到了如此親切的服務態度
積極的介紹！耐心的等待我點餐 光這點足以讓我再次光臨
再來說餐點的部分 我與朋友一起同行
點了「烤鴨捲餅」大推 外酥內嫩不油膩 鴨肉也放很多加上一隻蔥白更是襯托出了師傅的溫柔
「豬肉餡餅」一個字 絕！ 紮實飽滿多汁
再來「大滷麵」外表就像是我在欣賞一個婀娜多姿的美女 整體的調味反覆的在我味蕾上奔跑 我真的不知道一間看起來普普通通的店到底為什麼可以有這麼好吃的美食 如果有時間 我一定會常常光臨此店！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 單價比一般麵食店平均價位稍偏高一點，酸辣麵湯頭的味道恰到好處，不常見的大滷麵這兒也有，滋位也不賴。
刀削麵麵身較無 Q 彈口感，下次會想改吃看看拉麵，食量較大者若點刀削炒麵的話，份量可能會稍有不足。
The unit price is a bit higher than the average price of ordinary noodle shops. The hot and sour noodle soup tastes just right. There are also uncommon large loen noodles here, and the taste is not bad.
Knife-sliced noodles have a less Q-flavored texture. Next time, I would like to change to ramen. For those with larger appetites, the portion may be slightly insufficient if ordering the yakisoba noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外帶一個烤鴨捲餅，第一次來消費，因為想吃到剛煎好的外皮，沒有綁橡皮筋也沒有蓋(不想悶著)，走到車上直接開吃，油到不行而且是軟綿口感，這煎的功夫真的有待加強
