今天2021/05/22到店裡換VIP禮,早上的女店員看到客人像看到瘟疫一樣,反應很誇張,知道防疫期間大家都會害怕,口氣跟態度真的讓人感覺很差勁,我很愛水美媒的東西,也推薦很多朋友買,但這樣真的感覺很差,希望員工教育能做好。

2011年來至2021.7/31(應該有) 幾乎近2個月都可以購買800元商品 成為會員會有6次來店禮 店員只會偶爾一直詢問 大部份不會強迫推薦商品 2021.8月左右 水美媒會員就不會收到紙張 會員促銷專刊&會員免費來店禮 加入賴即可知道優惠方案 據店員小姐說:往後改有購買才送贈品 ?❌❎也不會再有紅利積點100點折1元 之前會員都有來店免費換贈品&正貨活動 每期同樣商品?價格都不同 感覺的出貴公司的用心 以這期為例: 滿900送限量裝飾水美媒一瓶 這些年來都需要用湊的 &多買商品才能達到免費贈送商品 當然免費每期的VIP會員禮依舊存在 ???果真是商人的詭計 女人錢真好賺,我每次都會傷腦筋 多購買1~幾樣,不需要的商品 今天店員有一直一直一直要我加購的傾向 我明明只要2組““”我說了4次“”” 店員還一直推薦,在多買二組…… 有點??? ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ 眼睛撞到那位店員 如果改經營方式,我就解脫了 無需再換來店禮,我的保養品 囤貨已囤滿2大箱了 有缺在購買 (女人都是使用聯合國保養品居多) 說實話用了至少8年以來 沒有感覺商品有效果,沒有特別有感覺 (如DM文字形容那般) 只有基本保養的概念

現在的服務業真的很辛苦的 一進三多旗艦店,一面忙著服務客人的店員,依然擔心冷落我,給予親切的招呼 現在的服務人員很厲害 要招呼介紹商品,要自己打電腦,還要收銀,還得耐心的幫像我一樣不熟悉手機操作的客人,順利辦理兌換贈品,妹妹真的很親切,超有耐心的,為什麼把原本給會員的美意,變成大家的困擾,不解! 感謝今天晚上當班的服務人員親切的服務! 業績長紅哦!

2021年11月1日的服務小姐一直抱怨自己只有一個人,只有一個人,啊我們客人也只有一個人啊!不馬上處理?我們只是換VIP東西,一直說等一下再來電腦沒開要去銀行啊是甘我?我是客人跟我講這個幹嘛?開一下電腦是要多久?後面忍著問他需要多久她說30分鐘後,我們也過一兩個小時才又回來換,又說等一下再來,是要來幾次,當作人家都沒事做?態度真的很差太誇張了還旗艦店!說什麼自己從台北回來,應該就是這麼爛的服務才被調高雄吧?只會強迫推銷,本來想購買因為全部東西都用你們家的,但看到她那個態度真的很母湯連買都不想買,公司請到你真的是可憐?,客人全部都跑光吧!自己態度不改業績會高才怪!太自以為!公司員工訓練真的要認真的加強!太誇張……
