Excellent view because it's on the 12th floor of FE21 Mega Department store (大遠百). As such, right near the Sanduo subway station.
Very nice ambience, pleasant and helpful staff. The price is very reasonable, we had 2 pizzas, an appetiser and two cocktails for 700 NTD (just over 21 USD). The pizzas themselves were pretty good, thin crust but a bit soggy due to too many toppings in my opinion. But we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars all the way! Their spaghetti arribiata is the most delicious pasta in Kaohsiung. For an appetizer, I highly suggest the beef slices with a Korean spicy sauce, arrugula, tomatoes and onions. The porcini soup and the corn soup are wonderful and they were big portions,too. Delicious! Just what we were craving!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food very good, but one star less, cause they never bring the food in line. Often you get the starter at the end or like that.my friend one time got desert first. Can be that it's not important for Taiwanese, but in all western countries it's a no go. One time I told them to bring the starter first, thein i got cold pasta. But the way they cook is very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 12th floor of the building with great window views. Full service restaurant that's reasonably priced.
Provides variety of selections of Italian noodles, pizzas, desserts, and side dishes. Taste is above average. Quantity should be plenty for most people; we didn't finish ours and had to pack the left over.
Great place for family gathering.
The waiters will "remind" you when there are people waiting outside by sending in the desserts, or asking you to pay with cash or credit.

We went with the:
• Deep Fried Basil Fish Cutlets 酥炸蘿勒鮮魚 (140NTD, large)
• Creamy Linguine with Shrimp Mushrooms 奶油蝦仁野菇扁麵 (198NTD)
• Flambée Pizza with Beef 佛朗貝牛肉比薩 (248NTD)
• Smoked Pork&Smoked Duck Pizza 究好豬、鴨肉雙燻比薩 (208NTD)
• Spaghetti with Jamon Iberico 伊比利松阪豬義大利圓麵佐柚子胡椒 (240NTD)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you will find out this restaurant inside the FE21 Mega Shopping Mall in Sanduo District.. it's feels like you eat in a fine dining... The ambiance is so good and the food is tasty.. I really like the view of the city when you look at their windows, it's nice to eat here with your friends, and talk a lot about life.. Their staff also nice and busy... We eat here after lunch, so the place was a little bit quiet.. You can visit this if plan to visit Kaohsiung..
