這間已經標記很久一直沒來過,因為每次經過都看到很多人就懶得排隊,這次趁平日下午來買,還是小等了一下,防疫做得不錯,店內只維持3-4組客人,其餘在外面領號碼牌等候,有椅子可以坐,建議先在網路上選好2-3頂你想要的,到店內直接講讓店員建議會比較快,個人是直接挑好ZS-609到店內試大小而已,大概不用8分鐘就好了,服務也都很有耐心,價格也都合理,好店!!

折騰了這麼久,今天總算結束了 3/18在貴店買了ASTONE GT-1000F變色龍 沒想到竟會讓我對耀瑪感到失望... 在戴了幾次之後,由於扣具實在太難用了,便去了原廠直營門市益發諮詢 門市直接就回覆這扣具的部分存在瑕疵,長度過短 原本直營門市打算幫我送帽子回去原廠處理,我卻帶回了耀瑪處理 就為了體驗耀瑪貼在帽子上的保固,這卻變成了我自找不愉快 耀瑪店員對於扣具的部分,一個對我說這長度正常沒問題,另一個接著回這款式出廠的這梯次就是做這樣子,沒問題 我也直接表態,我是先去了原廠直營門市確認過問題,才送過來的,來之前也在臉書表達過這一點了 接著店員說著,要幫你送也是可以拉,只是這不是我們的問題會收取運費 聽到這樣的回覆當下我就說那我送益發幫我處理,在這樣表達之後便開始有了不同 變成可以先幫你檢查,若是真的有問題會在送原廠處理,確認是瑕疵的話就不收取運費 隔天一位小姐積極地與我聯繫,並表達經過測量長度確實有異常,扣具鎖上帽子時鎖的過短,已幫我直接調整長度了,並且致歉 謝謝那位與我聯繫的小姐,原本的體驗只想給出一星評價,謝謝那位積極協助的小姐 雖然我還是回覆幫我送原廠,即便原廠收到後對於門市的調整表示OK 從大三開始的毎一頂帽子都是在耀瑪買的,這次的經驗讓我感受到,耀瑪只是賣商品的店,若商品沒問題就沒事,一旦有問題會先話術,想將人打發走,我還跟朋友調侃帽子上貼了耀瑪LOGO貼紙,結果那一個點變成了笑點,真的真的太讓人失望了 你們的行銷活動確實有吸引力,但售後真的太難過了,希望在這樣的評價後,耀瑪能更好的對待帽子遇到問題的客人,不要直接就想著將人打發掉
