就是「等很久」。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不知道腦袋裝什麼東西的行銷或客服方案，勞師動眾的通知客戶簽帳卡到期，需要親自到銀行更換，換了新卡的卡號又不一樣，之前綁定的三星pay， ubereats，蝦皮等都要客戶自己重新設定，主事者可能沾沾自喜認為喚醒了沉睡客戶並且又增加了外匯點數關注流量，可是你們造成了我們的許多不方便，這種霸道低級的行銷或客戶服務方式令人反感，中國信託是到期了直接寄新卡給客戶，你們為何做不到，剛好趁此機會把玉山的信用卡綁定全部解除，清空帳戶，謝謝你們的大力提醒，我再也不想收到你們的email及服務了！
