★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常爛的公司，是所有公共事業中繳費最不方便，繳費方式侷限，以前限定只有花旗信用卡，後來又不行，繳費方式變來變去，超過繳費期限只能跑到公司繳費，網路無法補繳，客戶不是每天閒閒沒事跑超商，以前網路無法繳費，現在不知道又變成怎樣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一棟很老式的建築物，位在老鹽埕區裡，旁邊是中油加油站，這裡的機車停車場規劃的有點奇怪，動線上並不是很順暢?，而室內洽公區的光線感覺不是很充足很明亮，這次我們在過來這裡之前有先電話詢問過一兩次相關的問題，其中一次在電話中的服務人員態度給人的感覺似乎不是很親切，不過其中另外一位蔡○津小姐的態度就很好，這次的承辦業務我們也都是全部委託她來幫忙處理?，如果他們公司是論業績來計分的話，相信她的業績一定很不錯?
