★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 該棟大樓現任主委長期包庇縱容晚班保全人員睡覺，該名晚班保全人員只要時間到就把兩張椅子靠攏呈現躺平的姿勢而帶著藍芽耳機睡覺，時間長達一年多了，跟保全公司反應反而遭到現任主委的言語羞辱跟謾罵，已經嚴重危害住戶的生命財產安全了，而這位現任主委都要看他的心情喔！之前長期都在換總幹事，只要現任主委對這位總幹事不爽 不高興馬上就被換掉，現在是換早班保全人員拼命的換，換到連住戶都不知道如何是好？試問像這樣的主委應不應該趕他搬離呢？
