小卷新鮮度不錯,厚度夠還保有鮮嫩口感,Q談帶點脆,醬汁不會死鹹帶點甜還可以,但不夠入味。

高雄黑輪片吃得到魚漿味道,但是比起一般甜不辣較為薄。剛烤好外皮帶點脆以及炭烤香,還不錯,建議現吃不然會被醬泡軟。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家烤魷魚已經進入了流水線般的量產流程,每個人各司其職,除了洗滌串籤,還分兩個火爐做初烤和再烤,出貨的速度極快,即使大排長龍,也能夠快速的消耗人龍~~看在眼裡只覺得簡直噱海了吧! 1小時賣60支應該不是問題。 新鮮度很好,但烤的不夠久是比較可惜,此外醬汁也很普通。

The BBQ sauce is Taiwanese style that is sweet with soy sauce and other seasoning. You can request to customize adding spicy and without sesame seeds (with sesame seeds is default.) The fish tempura is handmade (machine made is much flatter) with packed fish paste and rich seafood flavor, and the BBQ fish tempura is tasty with Taiwanese BBQ sauce as well. The price is very reasonable, comparing to Taipei or most tourist spots. Since they are street foods and freshly made per order, they only offer take out, and it requires some patience to wait.
