★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前一天打24小時叫車專線預約隔日清晨的車，我到預約時間時發現車沒到， 詢問車行後， 卻回覆因為我沒接司機的電話， 已擅自取消我的預約。 但是10分鐘前已開家門等待， 計程車並沒有到 ；而且預約當時，電話客服沒有說不接司機電話他們就會取消預約。因為要在30分鐘內到目的地，最後只好自己騎車，弄的自己好狼狽。
是間不值得信賴的車行，有重要的車趟，最好三思 。
I called the 24-hour taxi line the day before to make an appointment for the next morning's car. When I arrived at the appointment time, I found that the car hadn't arrived. After asking the car dealer, I replied that my appointment was cancelled without authorization because I did not answer the driver's call. However, the house opened 10 minutes ago and the taxi did not arrive; and at the time of the appointment, the telephone customer service did not say that they would cancel the appointment if they did not answer the driver's call. Because I had to reach my destination within 30 minutes, I had to ride my bike in the end, and I was embarrassed.
It’s an untrustworthy dealership, and there are important trips, so it’s best to think twice.
