★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然是25年的老式大樓，但是管理不錯，住戶很多，有很多是元老住戶，素質大都不錯，住裡面覺得蠻好，裡面中庭很大，植物不少，還有健身房，撞球室停車位，韻律教室和兒童遊戲區，公共設施不少。房屋格局方正，地下室停車位為平面車位，原本有自己的游泳池，可惜十多年前關閉，有點可惜。
