或許客戶要辦的在行員眼中是很沒績效的事,但是一般金融相關的小事如果都給人無法信任,要如何讓人家想找貴行處理大事.
The venue is large and there are many service staff, but the attitude is not very kind or very active and want to help guests with things. It doesn't feel very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought opening an account with an international bank in Taiwan would provide better service than the local ones, yet they are still just as incompetent.
What's even more ridiculous is that even when English is selected on their website, parts of the site are still in Chinese characters.
I've given up on banks in Taiwan. It's like dealing with a bureaucratic rat hole where the employees seem to be poorly trained.
