★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 卍の素食は 何故？動物の臓物チックなのか？ 色合いなど、あまり食欲がわかないので、 今までは入ったことがありませんでした。
しかし、一度は「ディープな店」に入ってみたいので、思い切って路地の中に潜入して行きました。
そして入ってみたのがこのお店。
今回の総額は70元でした 。
内容は 昆布と 油揚げの中に キャベツが入っている 甘辛煮 それと汁麺です。
おかみさんが日本人？と聞くと 甘いタレにわさびを足してくれました。
それをつけると結構美味しい。
麺のスープは あっさりとした 塩味です。
ただ、味の素を結構入れていたのがショックでした。
もう習慣化しているのでしょう。
吉林夜市の中にあるので、深夜の3時まで営業しています。
ある意味 心強いと言えるでしょう。
