★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接洽的沒有受過訓練,司機遲到半小時原本我們預計5:30出發,車子卻6:00才來,我們從高雄要到嘉義山上需搭2小時以上的車還要轉搭小型車才能到達目的地。司機一來我們沒有跟他說什麼是因為我們想活著、想平安抵達、回家。
接電話的卻說少那半小時有差嗎...請問如果是你參加的活動、你付錢的你覺得有差嗎?我們本身的活動費用不含車資就要1800了,人家也說跟預計時間差太多有些東西無法體驗,打過去遊覽公司得到的回覆卻是如此。
還跟我們說不然錢直接從司機工資扣500最多1000,請問處理態度這麼隨便嗎?沒有說一定要顧客至上,但是你們錯了就該做點什麼給客人一個交代吧。
司機開車很穩值得讚許,也沒有因為個人情緒亂開車。但是這種公司真的不行,已經有請他們跟莊園溝通好路線後轉達給司機,但司機當天卻問我們路線怎麼走,連交接都沒有到底在幹嘛。
總而言之總機態度有夠差完全沒有訓練過、收錢沒有一定流程、沒有sop,能夠拿到4顆星真的太多了
The driver was not trained. The driver was half an hour late. We expected to leave at 5:30, but the car arrived at 6:00. We had to take a car for more than 2 hours from Kaohsiung to Chiayi Mountain and we had to transfer to a small car to reach the destination. When the driver came, we didn't say anything to him because we wanted to live, arrive safely, and go home.
The one who answered the phone said that there was a difference in half an hour... If it was an event you participated in, did you think it was a difference when you paid? Our own activity fee is about 1800 excluding the car fare. People also say that there are too many things to experience from the estimated time, but the response from the tour company is like this.
I also told us that otherwise the money will be directly deducted from the driver’s salary of 500 up to 1,000. Is the handling attitude so casual? It is not said that the customer must be supreme, but you should do something to explain to the customer if you are wrong.
The driver drove very steadily and deserved praise, and he didn't drive too much because of his personal emotions. But this kind of company really doesn't work. They have asked them to communicate the route with the manor and convey it to the driver, but the driver asked us how the route was taken that day, and didn't even handover what the hell was doing.
All in all, the attitude of the switchboard is bad enough. There is no training at all, there is no certain process for collecting money, and there is no sop. It is really too much to be able to get 4 stars.

貴公司有些司機就是不懂得尊重,
總因為個人行為破壞了整個公司的良好感觀!
2022年1月28日晚上大約9點
貴公司一台行駛於建工路上的司機,不顧其他用路人的安全,與另一台“tcmc”的專車在建工路上互不相讓,更在建元建工路口的小北百貨前行駛在機車代轉區將近一半的位置,差點撞上停等區的駕駛,如此不懂的尊重其他用路人的駕駛,只會讓貴公司名譽受損!真爛!

One of your company's drivers driving on Jiangong Road, regardless of the safety of other passers-by, refused to give way to another "tcmc" special car on Jiangong Road, and even drove in front of Xiaobei Department Store at the intersection of Jianyuan Jiangong Road. Nearly half of the locomotive transfer area, almost hit the driver in the parking area, so ignorant of respecting the driving of other passers-by will only damage the reputation of your company! It sucks!
