★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為本人外行不懂螺絲規格，帶著自己的設備前往合適合的螺絲，前面服務人員還不錯(應該是員工)，前後不到三分鐘老闆就口氣很差的走出來斥喝說:「要什麼尺寸的螺絲是他的事情，你不需要幫他處理!你去忙你的事」，我整個傻眼，老闆還口氣超差的教訓我，要核對尺寸我得自己處理...如果我那麼厲害之道什麼長度什麼粗度還需要帶東西過去合嗎?我好像做錯事的小朋友一樣被洗臉....我到底有做錯什麼是需要飽受這種窩囔氣嗎?這家店給一顆星都嫌多!

不過有一位阿北，年紀約50上下，身高約160，不知道是不是老闆，記得第一次來買的時候，因為不了解螺絲規格，詢問他還愛理不理，令我奇摩擠很差，但我不會他一個人的行為而不支持，還是會來買！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可能是老闆趕著打烊，因為我要找的螺絲樣品還在物品上還沒拆卸下來，老闆看一下就隨意搪塞說我拆裝可能就要30分鐘，連拆下來看都沒有就說是特殊規格也不一定找的到，完全不給機會就請我明日再來。結果到對面德晟五金行跟老闆借工具拆螺絲到比對找到我要的螺絲不到3分鐘，根本也不是什麼特殊規格，只是一般的螺絲。你可以跟我說「要打烊了，明天請早」，但不能隨便講藉口理由！
