大家都是做生意的搞不懂這個大老闆在堅持什麼 好笑

湯也不是外面那種油膩感，老闆主打自製豬油，無味精，餛飩很大顆?自製的豆瓣醬也不會死鹹。

先說餛飩本身的口味就是純肉味，但感覺比例上肥肉用的比瘦肉多點，口感比較軟爛沒Q勁，但個頭蠻大的，單點一個餛飩湯也夠飽！
紅油抄手看照片可能會很疑惑，紅在哪、還放一匙肉燥是哪招？
但事實上這間店厲害就在自製麻辣醬，麻度辣度都很到位，直接救援了這碗抄手！
有來訪又會吃辣，建議一定要嘗試麻辣醬！
