★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要申辦Etg 特地從南高跑過來，還事先打電話問:我要申辦etag請問營業時間到幾點？跟我說到17:00，結果到現場16:40，跟我說：「沒有喔～我們營業到16:30而已，因為需要作業時間，所以只到16:30。」
忙完立馬趕過來，如果真的不行，建議直接電話中告知客人，不要又要做業績，又不跟客戶說確切的時間，下班時間車真的很多又很難開，好不容易到達現場了。卻沒沒解決，真的很無言～??提醒大家，他們家營業到16:30！不是電話中說的17:00！服務人員拜託記清楚你們自己的營業時間⌚️希望不要再造成其他人的困擾了?
