知道這家店時…已錯過吃到飽的時機…我們都是坐一樓吃鴛鴦鍋…覺得麻辣湯頭濃郁不輸老四川…酸白菜鍋底有點鰹魚味…不像其他專賣酸菜白肉鍋的店太酸太嗆…湯可以直接喝很解膩…我們吃超飽平均每人差不多500左右…很飽花不到400…好吃…且服務滿親切的…和朋友會再去消費

許久沒吃 今天再次回訪 點了鴛鴦鍋 麻辣鍋還是一樣的好吃 尤其是鴨血跟豆腐 超級入味 酸菜鍋的部分也是 沒有麻辣這麼強烈 但是酸菜的酸讓肉與菜變得更加鮮美 體驗滿分 期待下次再訪

CP值很高 我和我男友一起去吃鴛鴦鍋才450 還包了2鍋湯底回來吃兩餐 而且酸菜白肉鍋的湯很好吃 不會死酸 麻辣鍋的鴨血豆腐都可以一直加 一定會再來

點了原味+酸菜鍋底、豬肉、牛肉、菇、娃娃菜、蛤蜊、中卷…etc 鴨血豆腐可以一直點,服務生好像不足還是太忙(?)去提醒才會上菜 還有沒上的菜 被劃掉 總之 餐點普通尚可 平均一人350~400

跟家人來店不下三十次,以前CP值不錯。半年前跟朋友最後一次用餐,看到只有年輕人來用餐,自動把出菜速度及份量打折,點了兩份肉跟五份肉是一樣的份量,店內客人不多卻上的十分慢,兩個小時卻還能吃不飽,只能去旁邊永和豆漿再續攤。

之前吃到飽品質很好因此很常去吃,甚至辦聚餐都找朋友來吃,但因為疫情經營模式更改,這我們都能體諒,但用餐品質卻也變了? 前往用餐5人坐圓桌也先跟店員告知我們要點小火鍋,但爐子只有4個,因此我們說有2個人會共鍋,結果就開始一連串鬼打牆! 解釋很久順利點完餐,店員也告知共鍋收低消70元,老闆卻跑來關心說他們5個人怎麼點小鍋?店員解釋有2個要共鍋,老闆反而說不行有點小鍋又有點大鍋(指鴛鴦鍋),兩人討論後,老闆理解我們是開4個小鍋只是2個人會共用一鍋就回櫃檯,但卻換老闆娘在疑問,我們就坐在櫃檯旁,聽著老闆們跟店員溝通不良,不曉得是我們表達不清楚,還是您不清楚自己經營模式? 這些都算了,至少點完就好,餐點內容也還算維持住,但服務人員的應變能力跟態度待加強,最讓我們傻眼的是用完餐結帳,老闆才說共鍋費70元是不能折抵低消的,但為什麼沒有事先告知清楚,而讓客人加點其他品項,難不成店家比較希望客人點一鍋但吃不完而浪費食材嗎?大多數火鍋店都能折抵,為什麼您卻無法呢?實在是讓我們這次用餐體驗很失望,若要改變經營型態,請也改變教育訓練
