★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本是一家泰式餐館，最近換成越南河粉店，好奇心驅使下，今天點了牛肉河粉試試店家功力；一碗100，份量夠多外，湯頭是用牛骨和牛腱肉熬出來的（後來請老闆娘讓我拍那湯鍋），牛肉河粉有兩種肉可選，一是我這次吃的肉片（進口的），二是和牛大骨一起熬的牛腱肉，個人下次要點牛腱試試看，這家店也很道地，老闆娘和她的姐妹是越南人，味道和我多年前去南越出差時吃到的味道很接近～
 Originally a Thai restaurant, it was recently changed to a Vietnamese pho shop. Driven by curiosity, I ordered beef pho today to try the shop's skills; a bowl of 100 is enough, and the soup is made from beef bone and beef tendon. Yes (later asked the boss to let me take the soup pot), there are two kinds of beef pho, one is the sliced meat (imported) that I ate this time, and the other is beef tendon cooked with beef bones, I will order it next time. Try the beef tendon. This shop is also very authentic. The owner and her sister are Vietnamese, and the taste is very close to what I ate when I went to South Vietnam on business many years ago~
