享用起來十分清爽，比較不習慣的是，應該是黃金蛋的部分，一開始還在納悶雞蛋為什麼會在歸類在內臟，直到看到本體，才了然於心。
因為口感比較特別，喜歡嚐鮮的朋友，可以嘗試看看。
剩下餐點的部分，個人覺得都在水準上，調味調理都有一定水準，是個可以二訪的店，但附近停車比較不方便，欲前往的朋友可能需要考慮交通工具
