★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵糊蛋餅厚且紮實，新鮮熱熱吃的時候口感最佳，柔軟帶有Q彈。
醬料別出心裁，口味特別也不會太重口，蒜蓉香加上新鮮蔥段跟蛋餅很搭。
偶爾會想留作隔天當早餐，再加熱的話就會有點油耗味，所以還是建議即買即食。
飲料也蠻大杯，但是希望改成封口機封口，或加減膠帶貼一下，不然回家常發現漏出來，下雨的時候也不太方便。
