醫生細心補牙而且完全不痛非常溫柔 環境清涼也對小朋友很有耐心 非常推薦大家來這邊修理牙齒

小朋友去拔了一顆乳牙，抽獎又是小車車（小朋友內心小抱怨，都是一樣的，是沒別的了嗎？）希望可以增加其他小驚喜，哈哈哈??。

醫生非常的有耐心，護士也非常貼心會照顧到病人的各種情緒，牙?痛，各種牙齒?檢查，只要是?的疑難雜症都能幫助到好診所。

溫醫師很專業，針對患者的狀況，細心解說，提出牙齒相關有問題也會回答，不會有壓力，洗牙完還贈一條抗敏感牙膏，整體感覺很舒適，洗牙亦不會痛。

第一次打電話約診，電話那頭櫃檯小姐語氣態度完全沒耐心接電話，真是可惜了整間牙醫師的好評價，整個診所的印象都被拉到最低。對我來說可能只是換一家診所，但對裡面有在認真負責看診和好醫術的牙醫師來說櫃檯小姐真的是拉低一間牙醫診所品質⋯⋯。

女兒一早牙痛 臉頰也腫起來了 上網搜尋牙科診所 突然想到經過陽明牙醫診所時有看到扛棒寫兒童牙科 所以就帶女兒去那裡就診 到現場接待的護士小姐很有親和力 原本坐在外頭等候的我們也被請進去候診 裡頭小孩子的書籍很多 發現有時下超夯的鬼滅之刃&屁屁偵探 拿了屁屁偵探給女兒看 沒一會就輪到女兒看診了 今天給許智凱醫師治療 女兒看牙醫很不? 不過許醫師很有耐心的開導與治療 即使女兒在診療床臺上大喊哭鬧也不為所動 最終也是完成了 牙齦長了膿包 牙齒也拔出 未來還要繼續治療其他牙齒 一樣還要麻煩許醫師 還有診所內一樣很有耐心的護士群們

If I could give them a zero star or even minus 5 stars I would! I totally suggest others don't go there!!! Absolutely, just don't go there! The nurse there are so RUDE, they have got that attitude that you would totally ask yourself "why should I have to spend money and got insult by them". Firstly we went there on Saturday, but they told us they only take appointment on Sat, and that's OK. But we went back and tried to book an appointment on the weekdays. and they told us the first available time slot will be on Wed afternoon. We finally booked an appointment on Thur afternoon. But because we don't live in Taiwan so we wanted to see the Dentist a little bit earlier so we asked if there's any chance that we could just walk in and wait on weekdays.( they open at 9) The nurse told us it would be absolutely available at 9. Both me and my husband heard it. On Monday, which is today, we got there by 5 past 9, and there's already two patient waiting there, I asked the nurse normally would it be a shorter line on Tuesday, not trying to get any guarantee just some information, but she kept saying she can't be sure, so we registered us in. It looks like we have to wait for a bit so we asked if we can come back in 15, and they said ok. We were back about 25 mins after, and there's still one on the line. We sat down and wait. Because there's one patient weren't there when we left and he went in before us, so my husband went and ask why. Then they told us those are patient with appointment so we have to wait till they finish. Me and my husband talked a little bit, it was just a PRIVATE conversation between me and my husband. And the other nurse suddenly just jumped in and interrupted our conversation, claimed that she already told us it would be a long wait before, which DID NOT happen!! And come on, IT WAS JUST A PRIVATE CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME AND MY HUSBAND. How rude is that! So I said to her we were not talking about that and asked her not to interrupt, and then she went back to her little counter and said that we have bad attitude??!! What the heck?! My husband he is such a peaceful and lovely person, he felt he was being disrespected so he suggest we should unregister and go somewhere else to see a Dentist. We went out the clinic and I am not a easy going kind of person, and she totally had mess with the wrong girl! So I went back to the clinic and tried to sate the situation, and make it clear. That 1. We it was she who told us that"it would be totally available at 9 in the morning", and she absolutely NEVER explain how we should wait till all the patient with appointments are done then would be our turn. 2. IT WAS A PRIVATE CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME AND MY HUSBAND and she interrupted, and I asked her not to interrupt, and she said our attitude was bad, and I don't know how's that sounds right to you! THEN SHE SCOLD US, said that we are uncivilized!!! (Well, I gave those words back to her as well, as I said I am not a girl that she should mess with!) To the Dentist/Boss who work here, we suggest you reconsider if she is a appropriate staff for your clinic, or should she go back for training for a period of time before she can face your patient!!
