佐久島醬整體都是蔬果甘甜,是偏甜的咖喱,適合不愛吃辣的人。 安達曼島醬香料味比較重,覺得辣味稍微有點蓋掉咖喱本身的感覺,跟一般咖喱比較不一樣哦~ 醬給的很知足,吃完剛好可以把醬都沾完!服務人員也都很好、很親切?

好吃,但感覺就是少了什麼,沒有亮點,就像煎肉加了海鹽顆粒就會有令人驚奇的口感,但這個就是沒有,味道沒有讓人驚奇的刺激點,也許咖哩醬可以混搭看看,米的種類也有精進的空間

剛開幕時去吃就很喜歡,就是位置比較少。 我最喜歡刁曼牛肉咖喱,有點像是咖喱跟中式辣醬的混合體,有番茄的味道,意外的好吃,我平常吃中辣,這對我已經算是大辣,但我太喜歡那個味道,所以我可以忍受這個辣度。 第二喜歡的是佐久島,跟一般日式咖喱又很不同,我覺得他是有用蔬果下去熬煮,不是一般只有咖喱跟奶油那種味道,味道很和諧,意外的好吃。 安達曼則是在咖喱味道中小茴香味道較明顯。

咖哩夠濃、醬汁足夠、搭配歐姆蛋很美味。咖哩有分為佐久島(日式/偏甜)、安達曼(印度/小辣,香料味重)、刁曼島(南洋/中辣,有椰奶香)、蔬食島(素食/只能搭野菇時蔬,我個人是疑惑為何要這樣限制,應該也是會有人喜歡素食咖哩的口味但想搭肉食?)。重口味的我們最後點了安達曼島和刁曼島,家人覺得吃到後面有點燥有點膩,個人是覺得要是搭配的蔬菜可以再多個三四種,整體層次感會更多~

位置不多,外帶超多 之前外帶等了很久,建議要打電話預定比較好哦 上次吃了一個「安達曼島」雖然辣度?️?️,真的少吃辣的人真的會辣到不要不要,所以這次吃「佐久島」跟「蔬食島」這兩個安全牌,我覺得這兩個單吃有點膩,混著吃滿可以蹦出新滋味,蠻不錯的選擇?
