投訴:管理室主任 與住戶約取物品。 住戶有照約定,在紙條上確實寫好我的姓氏與他的單位,標籤在物品上。 我按照約取時間抵達,自報姓氏與約取物品品名。 管理主任找到物品後,無視本人姓氏,反而刻舟求劍地根據單位去查電腦。因電腦輸入錯誤,登載為與本人姓氏字形相似的錯字,而拒絕交付。 過程管理室主任態度用語倨傲無禮。 聯絡住戶後,住戶指示看物品上的紙條,不被理會。 最後與住戶通電後才給。 取得後,看見住戶紙條,出示給他看,還堅稱電腦不是這樣顯示。 看一眼住戶標籤在物品上標籤就可以解決的事,就偏不看。還不讓管理員接手處理,也不讓管理員看物品上的標籤,號稱要投訴,他負責,卻又不自報姓名。名牌上只有「主任」二字。

Due to a computer input error, it was posted as a typo similar to my surname, and the delivery was refused. The director of the process management office used arrogant and rude words. After contacting the resident, the resident instructed to read the note on the article and was ignored. Finally, it will be given after powering on with the residents. After obtaining it, I saw the householder's note and showed it to him, insisting that the computer did not display it like this. Just look at the things that can be solved by the occupant's label and the label on the article, but I don't look at it.
