★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買六杯飲料等了一個半小時才送出來（已經不只一次了），不怪服務人員外送太慢，是店裡人手不夠就應該多請一些人，不然永遠是老闆賺錢苦死員工然後顧客拼命等。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16:30打去叫4杯大珍珠的奶茶說要等半小時，17:10去拿還沒做好，並且現場才說大珍珠沒了….感受很差，我們早早就打電話預訂了，沒大珍珠應該事先告知，而不是等客人到現場了才告知沒了、才開始要做吧？認真覺得這間店的老闆管理很有問題，人手不夠、常常做錯、等太久…等，這些負評都不是第一次，也感覺這間店並沒有要改進的意思。
難道該店仗著位在熱鬧的地段，所以目標朝著「一次店」發展嗎？
不會再光顧了。

If there are no big pearls, you should inform them in advance, instead of waiting for the guests to arrive at the scene to inform them that they are gone and start making them, right? I seriously feel that the management of the owner of this store is very problematic, there are not enough staff, often make mistakes, wait too long... etc. These negative reviews are not the first time, and I also feel that this store does not mean to improve.
Could it be that the store is located in a lively area, so the goal is to develop towards a "one-time store"?
Won't be visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就是為了幫家人買有珍珠的飲料所以都先打電話確認，其他家沒茶沒珍珠都有告知，打過去麻古也沒有說波霸不夠什麼的，只說大概要等二十到三十分鐘，16:34打電話17:00出頭到店卻還沒好甚至還沒開始做，到了17:20左右才開始做而且還被告知沒波霸，那我打電話去叫是在叫心酸的嗎？等到17:30才拿到飲料。
現場有多少人接了多少單備料夠不夠等待時間要延多久都不會評估，感覺就是制式的告知「等待二十到三十分鐘」實際上每個人都是等一個小時左右。
看評論一堆人都是類似情況，店家管理和流程非常有問題，人手明顯不夠，如果是請不到人請反省是不是薪資給太少好嗎？
I just wanted to buy drinks with pearls for my family, so I called first to confirm. Others were informed that there was no tea or pearls. How many people have received and how many orders have been prepared will not be evaluated whether the waiting time will be extended or not.
Looking at the comments, a lot of people are in a similar situation. The management and process of the store are very problematic, and the manpower is obviously not enough. If you can't find anyone, please reflect on whether the salary is too low?
