Are there budget cuts with the municipal pools or are the managers skimming off the operating budget?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Outdoors, partially shaded, and the water is warm. Yup, it's an older building, but it's perfect, and usually pretty quiet.
If there are kids, they are playing with mom, or taking a lesson, no kids waterpark, so no kids noise. I love it.
