空間裝修質感讓人驚豔,吃過不少這種私廚鐵板料理,第一次看到整體質感這麼好的,價位相對平易近人 主廚很親切,都會關心客人餐點是否習慣,就算同行點二客一樣的翼板牛,主廚很特別ㄧ客一客單獨料理,看得出來主廚的堅持和用心 麵包放在鐵板上,單面煎的非常酥脆,松露蒸蛋如網路評價一樣,香醇濃郁口感很棒值100分,沙拉量少,湯品讓人跌破眼鏡~玉米濃湯!可以是蔬菜濃湯,洋蔥湯…,怎麼會這樣?玉米濃湯一般都是過甜或過鹹,果然很鹹,很可惜 翼板牛我們點7分不要見血,很有嚼勁,加點的櫻桃鴨胸,根本是鎮店之寶,外皮酥脆嚼起來香氣撲鼻,主餐我們都點肉,真的很油膩,還好佐餐的醃蘿蔔超好吃,再跟主廚索要醃蘿蔔,只給二片前面佐餐也是二片 炒飯一般,甜品不行,銅鑼燒薄薄的沒什麼口感,冰淇淋也是一般,付餐飲料很淡 整體經濟效益算高,以私廚鐵板料理來說是值得,下次來吃海鮮試看看
