紅茶 白飯還可以,肉沒熟,菜很生 降二級後可以內用,於是初訪(改版後,之前好像是大埔時期還是別的名字時有來過,不知道是不是換人) 一進來看到隔板完全不符合防疫規定,三個位子格一組,三個位子中間都沒有隔板,但因為同行的是一起的家人就沒有多說什麼 坐下後外場服務人員給菜單並介紹後離開,由於沒有給筆還以為是會幫忙點餐,但後來又有另一個服務員過來問要不要介紹,在我們詢問之後才拿筆給我們(但店裡也沒什麼其他客人,不知道是員工分配工作問題還是採誰看到誰負責?) 由於疫情所以湯飯菜飲料都是採服務人員送上,一開始有說要多一份,但也沒有,需要再次提醒。 青菜也都說一次炒好兩種一起上,小辣只有微辣感可能是個人口味差異,但青菜沒什麼鹹味,高麗菜不甜外口感甚至有點生。 等了許久終於上主菜,蔥爆豬肉的醬口味算特別,不是我個人喜歡但不算難吃,沒多久上鱈魚,過了許久白飯都要吃完雞腿排終於上來,可以理解雞腿排會比較久,但上完雞腿排過了一下才上蛋???蛋是全部餐點最後上的???? 從前面就對這間店不抱期待,評價在吃雞腿排後更是到谷底,皮很蘇,但上面的調味料彷彿把剛剛缺少的都放在上面,很鹹非常鹹,先夾了最外側的一塊,咬了一口後沒問題,第二口突然覺得不對,中間的肉呈粉紅色,原本以為是燈光問題,畢竟從點完餐到上菜都這麼久了,而且又是夾最外側的怎麼可能會沒熟?但輕輕咬下去發現肉是冷的???怎麼可以荒謬成這樣??? 向店員反應肉沒熟的問題後,店員詢問是否要再重新做一份新的,誰還要等這麼久吃到沒熟的肉???? 而右前方有位炒菜的師傅從頭到尾也都無表示,好吧,有可能也是請來的員工,不用關心了解表示什麼。 最後結帳時,外場人員也完全不知道這件事情,還問今天餐點有沒有什麼問題⋯⋯ 再說一次,店裡的客人真的不多,不太了解為什麼外場人員/內場人員/炒菜師傅/客人/可以彷彿在四個不同空間????

先前就在外送平台點過、後來發現原來離家裡不遠^^ 今天剛好有機會到現場品嚐。認真用餐環境整潔且餐點美味、菜很新鮮而且份量十足,主餐部分也很好吃(那個鱸魚啊❤)~很開心以後萬一忙完比較晚還有這裡可以吃呢???真心推薦。
