★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我因為是利用中午休息時間出來開戶，所以事先在網站上預約好了，我提早五分鐘到，發現只有一位櫃台人員在服務現場客。後來我的時間到後叫了一位不熟悉業務的小姐來幫我拍照，就叫我上2F辦，然後沒交接好，我上樓在那邊沒人理我，害我又跑下樓問，那我又何必線上先預約？反正都一樣久
服務態度真的很糟！

有時要等很久
超過30分鐘稀鬆平常
公司高層應該考慮加派人手
不然員工拼命工作也是無法消化業務
