★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的有夠慢，一堆人不站櫃檯在外面顧門問要辦什麼業務然後一堆人塞在那邊等然後被你們問一輪要辦什麼，阿就一個行員在忙開戶，開個老半天有夠沒效率。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was packed. Security guard said it’s always busy and I’d have to wait at least 1/2 hour. But he was nice enough to recommend me to go to another branch 2 subway stops away. At that time his app showed it only had one person waiting to open an account. I’m at the 2nd one now. This one is less busy but looks like a decent wait.
