這是真實事件。起因於昨天2/15,同一筆訂單的兩件貨,居然只送達了一件而已,另一件尚未送達,也不知原因為何。因為覺得很奇怪,所以今天2/16,特地打電話去詢問看看。 電話從打給台北開始詢問,台北客服那邊一開始說查完後,會回覆給我。但以結論來說,最後並沒任何回覆給我。 後來輾轉打給高雄營運處,高雄的客服人員,只會機械式的回覆說:「司機不接電話,無法查到貨況」。即使留了電話給高雄客服,請他們務必回覆查詢結果,最後也是沒有任何電話打過來。 雖然最後是由家人在回電告知下午終於有收到貨,但整個過程,讓人覺得這間物流公司的處理方式,根本不及格、水準低下,莫名其妙。 司機不接電話,不就是你們員工素質的問題嗎?也就是教育訓練不足的問題,不是嗎?而客服人員的應付性的回覆也是有夠糟糕的,這樣的客服人員又有什麼存在價值呢?打電話給客服詢問貨況,意義又在哪裡?從頭到尾簡直浪費人時間,這樣狀況外又糟糕物流公司,真的不用也罷!超級不推薦。

Later, I called the Kaohsiung operation office, and the customer service staff in Kaohsiung would only reply mechanically: "The driver doesn't answer the phone, so I can't check the status of the goods." Even if I left a phone call to Kaohsiung customer service, and asked them to reply with the query result, no phone call came in the end. Although it was the family members who finally called back to inform them that they had finally received the goods in the afternoon, but the whole process made people feel that the handling method of this logistics company was simply not up to standard and the standard was low, which was inexplicable. The driver doesn't answer the phone, isn't it a problem of the quality of your staff? That's the problem of inadequate education and training, isn't it? And the coping replies of the customer service staff are bad enough. What is the value of such a customer service staff? What is the point of calling customer service to inquire about the condition of the goods? It's a waste of people's time from beginning to end, and the logistics company is in such a bad situation, it really doesn't matter! Super not recommended.
