★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約取件等了一個多星期仍然不來收，打電話問還是沒辦法確定收取日，真是污辱快遞兩個字，乾脆公司關一關！賣給會經營的人！

假如沒法送就別送,但請不要影響買家權益去申請逾時金!!!

I didn't make a phone call at all.... You can be a little worse.... You have never contacted you on the phone before delivery...If you can not give a star...even one star is redundant...
If you can't send it, don't send it, but please don't affect the buyer's rights to apply for overtime payment!!!
