部落宣教史 山原教會設立於2003 年4 月16 日,至今已有16 個年。在設立 山原教會前,本會之會友大部分為鎮海教會之信徒,但由於鎮海教 會並無健全之教會體制與組織,而信徒希望教會能有健全的組織運 作,因而離開鎮海教會。 正當信徒正擔憂教會的歸屬問題時,因本會許月美姊妹(已轉籍至高士教會)與林文瑞牧 師之師母為親姊妹,透過她向林牧師請益後,希望排灣中會的牧者可以協助牧養岡山區的原 住民信徒(當時林文瑞牧師為水門教會駐堂牧師)。於是,岡山區的原住民信徒在林文瑞牧師 與水門教會長執同工的牧養與協助下,聚會逐漸穩定,信仰得著餵養,也將此教會定名為: 「山原教會」。但由於起初信徒從鎮海教會解散後,已散置各個教會,因此山原教會聚會信徒 的人數銳減許多。 由於本會大部分信徒多為從原鄉至都會區謀生之同胞(螺絲工廠的員工及臨時工之勞工), 其住屋多數為租屋,僅少數幾戶有在教會附近購買房屋,信徒面臨生活的壓力及負擔,導致在 奉獻上無法給與教會較多的幫助,也無法購入屬於自己的教堂,因此只能在岡山市區內尋找 較便宜的租屋,作為信徒聚會敬拜之場地。而山原教會設教至今已邁入第16 年,教堂至2003 設教起,已搬遷至少四次,目前教會位於台一線上的後紅路巷內,教會周邊除交通發達外, 生活機能也非常便利,山原教會雖經歷教堂數次的搬遷以及牧者頻繁的調動,使部分信徒產 生不安定感,但因著上帝的眷顧與帶領,透過歷任牧者對於信徒的鼓勵與教導,幫助信徒對 教會逐漸產生認同與委身,信仰上逐漸穩固,且信徒彼此間如同家人的關係,使今日本會教 勢趨於穩定。  未來展望 山原教會因經數任牧者,致使教會長執及信徒在信仰裝備較不健全,教會組織也較為鬆 散,因此目前教會以裝備長執訓練課程、穩固信徒靈性、增強信徒對教會之認同與委身,以 及培育教會青年同工,為教會短期之目標。此外,期待本會能在三至五年的短期目標內,不 只長執及信徒在靈性和服事上得著裝備與餵養,更能使本會教勢成長茁壯,使教會朝向建立 自治堂會為目標。 由於山原教會位於岡山市區,面對多元族群與文化的環境(漢族、排灣族、布農族、魯凱 族及外籍移工),加上教會周邊已有至少五間基督教會,導致牧者在宣教事工上有其困難度。 因此本會在宣教目標上並不能以單一族群為特定對象,更不能以單一文化做為聚會敬拜之元 素。所以,如何將排灣族宣教文化-「關懷與分享」,結合都會宣教之策略-「彼此關係的建立」, 以及教會在敬拜上多元文化的融合,將是本會未來在中程宣教目標上,帶領更多弟兄姊妹進 入教會的宣教策略。 最後,因山原教會方圓五公里內也有許多學區(如:岡山國小、國中、高中、農工…等), 而教會方圓十公里內,也有許多大學與專科學校(如:空軍學校、高學科技大學、高苑科技大 學…等),這些都將成為山原教會未來校園宣教的禾場,也是教會長遠之宣教目標。 (內文取自排灣中會55年年鑑)
