問題出在管X階層。
離職原因可問待過的朋友或他們親戚
高層的高壓無人性管理
經常半夜傳賴,整天公司言語辱罵,要設備好又不願意花錢
根本不懂的什麼叫做領導
如果說一兩個人走散播謠言可能是這個員工的問題,
如果一堆人走都講這邊爛,是哪邊有問題大家心裡有數。
我認識在裡面的人都走光了
都有紀錄
不服,覺得講的不對,請管理層公開來辯。
我只是呈現事實。
