我目前在這間公司的加工課工作,大約四個多月的時間…一開始我的睡眠時間不穩定大約11:00PM~1:00AM才入睡,所以調整睡眠變成首要任務,因為我們要在6:49AM到現場,但是現在不知道為什麼又變成了6:45AM左右,然後要開早會的那一週好像6:40AM就得集合了,下班打卡則需要延遲7分鐘。我家到這裏大約要飆車20分鐘左右,所以都要很早起床。 接著第二項挑戰是這份工作只能站,除了10:00AM和下午3:00PM各休息10分鐘之外,就是中午一個小時的午休時間,第一天因為公安課,所以穿著安全鞋站了6小時,沒什麼感覺,但是第二天開始就覺得腳痠到不行,我是給自己兩個星期的適應期,才存活下來的。 接著第三項就是身體的適應期,我剛到這裏的時候經常便秘,可能是緊張、加上快節奏的工作性質… 第四項和第五項就是要適應不同加工部位的機台,以及清洗。首先必須理解教導你製作的人,然後思考如何去做才能又快又順手,通常清洗一個機台、加上掃地、以及拖地大約10分鐘能夠完成,但是如果是兩台以上,自己的動作就得加速了,更別說三台或四台。 今天主管說我們清洗機台、掃地、加拖地只能用10分鐘,我又超過時間才開始清洗,若不是我動作快,可能會延遲很久的時間。(我還有母親和狗兒子要照顧,饒了我吧!) PS. 好消息~在經過我和主管的溝通之後,我們主管已經改變我們的打掃時間為15-20分鐘左右! 台灣的天氣3-8月份很熱,之前在汽車螺絲廠我有半年的時間都在適應中暑的症狀,現在剛好又到了這個季節,不知道能否繼續存活下來?! (目前已經過了3-4月份了…) 這裏最大的優點應該是多數人都很好相處,只要以禮待之,把誤會解釋清楚,不要八卦,應該就可以存活下來了吧! 至於我給公司的評價應該是3.8分,(但是這Google裡面都沒有0.1~1分的選項。)因為還是有一些需要改善和調整的地方嘛!我離職之前,已經給這家公司4分了,因為老闆有聽見我的心聲,而且願意做改變,這是非常難得的事情!? 最近開始長一些濕疹,而且愈來愈嚴重,這幾個星期睡覺也都有腳抽筋的現象,所以我預定做到5/7,5/11會開始一份新的工作,因為有冷氣,也可以坐著工作,估計我的身體狀況會比較好吧! 說實話我有一點捨不得這裡的一些朋友們,但我只能向前看。有緣自然會再相逢!感謝課長的帶領,同事惠×、宗×、阿秀、大姐…等,以及其他部門同事的幫忙和照顧,小玉兒、小明、阿南…等新人請加油!我會想念你們的,保重!?? 建議事項: 1.多聆聽基層員工的意見。公司開會似乎都是上對下的報告,或者是幹部會議,如果不知道基層員工想要的是什麼,如何留住員工?! 2. 加工課的機台,有一些需要等待2-5分鐘左右的時間,可以安置小板凳或高腳椅,供員工稍微休息,也可以安排員工輪流做這些機台,才不會有惡性循環的靜脈曲張、抽筋、或其他關於久站的毛病。 3. 倘若有足夠的機台,是否可以讓中班人員的加班時間往前兩個小時為2:00PM~1:00AM的工作時間,畢竟人體的排毒時間為11:00PM~2:00AM。若長期工作時間超過這個時段,可能會吃不消吧!應該沒有人希望自己的父親、兄弟、丈夫、男友、朋友或孩子們爆肝吧?! 4.有時候事情不是一成不變的,同樣的問題可以有很多解決的方式,所以當事情發生時,不一定要用舊的體制解決,我覺得能夠做到利人利己的方式,才是最好的方式。 *5.雖然這是每一間公司都會發生的事,但還是請主管們不要用過於嚴厲或責罵的方式來對待員工,員工們也是有自尊的。請愛護他們如同愛護自己的孩子們吧!? 6.工欲善其事,必先利其器。請給我們足夠的工具,我們才能衝鋒陷陣的把數量拼出來喔!
