午班女前台沒帶口罩、點單途中轉身和後面同仁說不想服務了。還有啊，某些態度就算用商業笑掩蓋，客人還是會察覺的喔。
The shop I used to drink...I miss the fat clerk.
The female receptionist of the lunch shift didn't wear a mask, and turned around while ordering and the colleagues behind said that she didn't want to serve. Also, even if certain attitudes are concealed with commercial smiles, customers will still notice them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點餐時現場有6-7組客人，接著又來了2-3組客人（包括熊貓）之後大概等了15分鐘。最後陸陸續續大家都拿到飲料離開，我看到還有一位熊貓外送員，於是我先問店員，他回答我號碼還沒到，又等了5分鐘接著連熊貓也都走了，才發現我的飲料根本沒做，結果我只得到一句：請稍等。沒有任何的道歉和解釋，最後拿到飲料時也是。貴店員工不確實按照號碼牌出餐影響客人購買優先順序我也認了，過年比較忙難免疏失我能體諒，但是貴店毫無任何歉意實在讓我沒辦法接受。
這是一間毫不尊重優先順序和客人感受的店家，我個人不會再追究任何處理方式。但小弟遇到的經驗希望日後要購買的朋友可以參考及三思。
There were 6-7 groups of guests when ordering, and then 2-3 groups of guests (including pandas) came and waited about 15 minutes. Finally, everyone got their drinks and left. I saw that there was another panda delivery person, so I asked the clerk first and he answered that my number hadn’t arrived yet. After another 5 minutes, even the pandas left. I found that my drink was not made at all, and I only got one sentence: Please wait a moment. There was no apology or explanation, even when I finally got the drink. I also recognize that the employees of your store do not really follow the number plate to eat in order to affect the priority of customers’ purchase.
This is a store that doesn't respect the priorities and customer feelings. Personally, I will not pursue any treatment. But the experience that the younger brother has encountered, I hope friends who want to buy in the future can refer to and think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 招牌燈和店面燈光很亮 ， 不像打烊的店 ， 車停好 ，開心的要點一杯飲料， 店員並沒有告知說已打烊， 只說沒有飲料了， 我說 ：已打烊為什麼燈不關掉？
胖的店員回說 （住海邊喔）
我說：你們還沒有禮貌耶～ 我可以投訴你
他回： 隨便你啊
這家店的店員素質真的太差勁了， 是這樣服務客人回話這麼的沒禮貌～
