★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交屋後，發現木作上的異味一直散不去，已經反應多次到現在也沒請人處理好，原本的設計師離職，說有維修問題直接找公司，結果找了公司，公司人員至今也未處理。處理客戶的問題態度真的很沒效率，一直拖延。

The original designer left and said that there was a maintenance problem and went to the company directly. In the end, I found the company. Also untreated. The attitude of dealing with customer problems is really inefficient and procrastinating.
