★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有夠爛的客服專線就連每個營業處所的電話都要打台北，而且一等都是超過五分鐘以上，是覺得我的電話錢很多嗎？打了七八通電話好不容易是超過等候三分鐘且五分鐘以內有服務人員接聽，前面的35分鐘長途電話都白打了，這種等候的花費是消費者自行吸收還不能解決問題，要這種客服專線幹嘛，台灣怎麼會有辦事效率差到極點的物流公司，真是物流界的悲哀

After seven or eight phone calls, it took more than three minutes to wait and the service staff answered within five minutes. The first 35 minutes of long-distance calls were all made in vain. This kind of waiting cost is absorbed by consumers and cannot solve the problem. What is the customer service line? How can there be a logistics company in Taiwan that is extremely inefficient. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我的商品提貨單送來直接放在門外，一通電話告知或是按電鈴都沒有。如果不見要顧客自己摸摸鼻子嗎？配送員這樣子的工作態度不會太扯了嗎？

然後客服打好幾通才打進去 寫mail回答有回答跟沒回答一樣所以到底要不要送 不送就直接講 我直接退貨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 你們的服務也太差了吧！是不想送嗎？1/13跟你們反映整天都沒接到任何電話，晚上線上查詢貨物狀況卻顯示「無人電聯未接」，結果你們秒回覆，說今天1/14已重新配送，所以我在家等了一整天，卻都沒有送來，連電話也沒有打來，到了晚上查詢，就直接顯示因故未配送，而我家距離鳳山營業所才不過2公里左右的路程，這種效率還配稱台灣宅配通嗎？真的很差勁呀！
