★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年11月11日下訂一組H4大燈，原本想支持台灣在地品牌，結果2個月後沒消沒息，還是自己打電話過去問才回覆廠商供貨有問題需要等開新模，當中就一直等，結果又2個月，3/20通知有貨來了，說換自己的包裝後就可以出貨，結果又1個月後4/20沒來，自己打電話問又說東西來需再檢驗後才即可以出貨，直到現在5/30還是沒來，從5/24~28天天打電話卻變沒有人聽，當中期間留了訊息也完全沒回覆，當中看了官網該商品還是持續販售中，這樣的銷售方式保固3年有用嗎？難怪現在的人都不再支持台灣的品牌了！
I ordered a set of H4 headlights on November 11 last year. I originally wanted to support local brands in Taiwan, but it didn’t disappear after 2 months. I had to call and ask before answering the manufacturer’s supply problems and waiting for a new model to be opened. I waited for another two months, and it was announced on 3/20 that the goods came. I said that I could ship it after changing my packaging. But I didn’t come on 4/20 after another 1 month. I called to ask and talked about things. It can be shipped after re-inspection is required. Until now, 5/30 has not come. I called from 5/24 to 28 days but no one listened. During the period, I left no reply at all. I read the official website. The product is still on sale. Does this sales method have a 3-year warranty? No wonder people nowadays no longer support Taiwanese brands!
