湯頭酸甜系，不像一般羹湯用沙茶和扁魚下去調味。
料比較像是小卷或中卷而不是泡發的魷魚，可能講魷魚比較通俗吧。

The materials are more like small or medium rolls rather than soaked squid, maybe squid is more popular.
