★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建議廁所應該裡應該要放瓶酒精供顧客消毒，不然女性去上廁所馬桶蓋不乾淨有什麼細菌我們也不知道，尤其還是位在醫院旁邊而已，衛生更應該做到位，只有沖水裝置並不能真的把細菌殺掉。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 領包裹，人手不足讓客人自行取貨OK，但不應該把 “貨物被偷” 的風險，分散嫁禍在客戶身上，店員回答不用簽收，但沒說要再刷一次條碼！要離開時，店員像抓到現行犯似的，加上店長搭配對客戶說教，取貨沒刷條碼算偷竊哦！
還重覆說第二次！血壓都上升了！不熟悉取貨流程是我不對，我很尊重服務業，所以沒有當場起衝突，但不代表你們講的話理所當然！
