★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度很好，服務人員會與我們溝通所有事項，婆婆告別式當天會場佈置，讓我們深深都感動了。後來，先生的阿嬤身後事是讓別間禮儀社辦理的，先生從旁觀察後，一直說怎麼跟鴻德的服務差那麼多，價錢也沒比較少，所幸婆婆的身後事，我們選擇了鴻德生命事業。
The service attitude is very good. The service staff will communicate with us about all matters. We were deeply moved by the arrangement of the venue on the day of the mother-in-law's farewell ceremony. Later, the funeral of the husband's grandmother was handled by another etiquette agency. After observing from the side, the husband kept saying that the service was so much worse than that of Hongde, and the price was not less. Fortunately, we chose the mother-in-law's death.
